Ballarat Kart Club Annual General Meeting - Thursday 21 January
We will also be looking to offer a dial in option if this is possible.
We are also looking to have in place the ability for PROXY voting if you are unable to attend.
All positions will be declared open and we encourage any member to stand for any position you think you can add value including ordinary committee member positions.
These roles are a valuable part of any committee, and allows the ability for a broader club representation in decision making at the club.
We also highly recommend that some female members nominate for positions as your views are invaluable to the future of our club running in a gender neutral environment.

Club Update and Track Status
Dear members and friends. The Ballarat kart club committee have carefully considered the current Covid conditions in our area, and KV Supp Regs available to us for running practice events at the Haddon track.
We will be keeping the track closed until further notice, and will review this decision pending the local and state conditions at the end of this month.
We understand this may be disappointing to some of our members, but have the best interest of our club and members and local community in mind.
We will take this opportunity to actively work behind the scenes so we are better than ever upon our return.
Thank you for your understanding.
Mal Mason.
