This Sunday we have an AGM before the start of racing
This year we are changing some of the positions to allow more people to be involved in areas that they can contribute in.
 
Some of this is recognising groups that already exist informally, making it easier for members who to contact to take part.
 
The current list of positions is
 
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Race secretary
KV Delegate
VCS Delegate
Track inspector
Trophy buyer
Working group coordinators
 
Working groups
A group coordinator position will be nominated at the AGM for each working group
Members are free to join a working group or groups at any time.
The groups are
 
Grants group
Facility maintenance group
Canteen group (Includes Bar)
Social activity group (Includes new member liaison)
Publicity group (Includes social media and website )
