Cold, windy and at times wet conditions greeted the 159 entrants who contested the 2009 Country Series Round 5 held by the Hamilton Go-Kart Club over the weekend of August 22nd/23rd. Intermittent rain on Sunday morning gave drivers plenty to think about as they chased the correct set-up for racing. After early rain on Sunday the track dried to see some close and exciting racing.
Solid fields in most of the 13 classes contested over the weekend saw close and exciting racing.
